At Abode, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us at hello@abodegoods.com.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in “like new” condition (no stains, tears, damages, or visible signs of use, including odors) and be returned in their original packaging. You are welcome to open and inspect the item; however, it must be repackaged with all original materials, including any hardware and instructions. Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Abode Goods’ judgment of the state of the products.
If the product is in “like new” condition, we will process the return and refund your original payment method within 10 business days Please note that a restocking fee that varies according to the type of product you ordered:

Additionally, if your return requires special pick-up services, there may be extra fees. Unfortunately, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are ineligible for return, including discontinued or final sale products, made-to-order items, gift cards, and products damaged through normal wear and tear.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@abodegoods.com within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim. Be sure to inspect all items thoroughly upon receipt and note any damages or incorrect items before signing for your delivery. We are committed to making it right and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
