What types of delivery service does Abode offer?
We’re committed to offering great prices while ensuring your furniture and home accessories arrive in perfect condition. For furniture and other oversized items, your delivery may default to White Glove service, which includes full assembly, placement in your home, and removal of all packaging. However, you will have the option to downgrade this on eligible items at checkout. Smaller items, like accessories, are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
What are the shipping costs?
The following rates apply to shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Currently, we do not ship internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout.

What is included in the White Glove delivery service?
Our White Glove delivery service offers a scheduled appointment with a two-person team who will bring your order directly to your room of choice (with service covering up to two flights of stairs), assemble, and remove all packaging and debris. Please ensure the area is cleared and accessible before delivery, as the team cannot move any existing furniture.
The delivery company will contact you by phone, email, or text to arrange the best delivery time. Coordinating this appointment is the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot hold deliveries for extended periods. If a delivery isn’t scheduled, the carrier may return your order, and a 20% restocking fee could apply.
We also ask that you carefully inspect your items at the time of delivery to ensure everything arrives as expected. Any damage to the product must be noted on the proof of delivery. A signature will be required at the time of delivery.
The delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring power tools.
How long does it take to ship my order?

Made-to-order items are not yet stocked in our warehouse, so the dates provided are estimates and may be subject to change.
How long does delivery take?
After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and carrier details. Please remember that delivery dates are estimates, and delivery times may vary. If your shipment is delayed, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help.
Can I place my order on hold for delivery after a certain date?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can hold it until you're ready. Just email us at hello@abodegoods.com as soon as you place your order, and we’ll arrange the hold. If your order has already shipped, we may be able to request a hold with the carrier, but please be aware that storage fees could apply.
Can I change my shipping address after I place the order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@abodegoods.com. If you request the change after your order has already shipped, additional shipping fees may apply.
How can I edit my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email hello@abodegoods.com within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, restocking fees may apply, and the estimated delivery date could be affected.
Can I cancel my order?
- In-stock, quick to ship products:
To cancel your order and receive a full refund, please email hello@abodegoods.com within 24 hours. Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Made-to-order products:
For Made-to-Order products, cancellations requested within 48 hours will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours will be refunded in full, minus a 25% processing fee.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you must return the item according to our return policy.
What if my furniture is damaged during shipping?
If you find that the packaging or furniture is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the item and contact us right away. If you notice the damage after delivery, email us photos at hello@abodegoods.com within 48 hours. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue.
